Plot Summary: Alice in Borderland Season 3
After the mind-bending and explosive ending of Season 2, Alice in Borderland Season 3 picks up in a world that seems normal—but only on the surface. Arisu (Kento Yamazaki) and Usagi (Tao Tsuchiya), having survived all deadly games and returned to the real world, are now married and attempting to live a peaceful life.
However, peace is short-lived.
Both Arisu and Usagi are plagued by vivid dreams, cryptic symbols, and psychological echoes of the Borderland. When Usagi suddenly vanishes without a trace, Arisu's world collapses. It is soon revealed that Usagi has been pulled back into the Borderland, led by a mysterious and philosophical figure named Ryuji, a man obsessed with the afterlife and the "truth" behind the games.
As Arisu searches for answers, he is approached by Banda, now a permanent and dangerous presence in the Borderland. Banda reveals critical information about Usagi’s whereabouts and warns Arisu that the rules of the game have changed—and this time, there may be no way out.
